I'm running CUCM 8.6 as well as unity next to it.

I'd like to re-record the outgoing greeting on my auto-attendant. I've found the translation patterns and route points associated with the AA, but I'm having trouble finding where I actually change the recording.

Callers call 5100 (our main line) , which is translated to 8888 (our AA)

The extension 8888 is forwarding all calls to VM. This is where I lose the AA.

If I call 8888, the AA picks up, but I can't login to the AA...there's no unity account and therefore no password associated with 8888.

How do I get in there to re-record my AA greeting?
